Driver & Systems Training: Share purchase includes 2 days of driving and systems training. Mileage: 3,600 miles per year are included in your Executive Plan membership and 1,800 miles per year are included in your Affiliate Plan membership. Only pay for what you use. End-of-term total mileage that is less than allocation are paid back to member at end of term @ $0.30/mile. Miles in excess of allocation are invoiced annually to members @ $0.30/mile. Scheduling: Members schedule their vacation using a coach calendar that is available on the internet. Members may schedule usage by days rather than weeks. For example one trip could be 4 days and another could be 17 days. Executive Members may schedule up to 4 trips annually while Affiliate Members may schedule up to 2 trips annually. Trip Fee: The fee for each use of the coach by a member is $225. This pays for interior detail cleaning, exterior cleaning & tire detail, laundry service, basement bay cleaning, coach setup, check in/out service, consumables replenishment, etc. Monthly Operating Fee: This fee pays for each member's share of the cost to operate and maintain the coach. It pays for coach storage, storage of coach furnishings & spare parts & consumable goods, insurance, annual DMV fees, LLC fees, membership accounting, coach management, satellite radio & TV subscriptions, preventative maintenance, repairs, etc. Delivery: Standard program provides for coach pickup and return at the CoachShare service center in Vista, CA. Delivery and/or pickup at member home or RV resort is available at $1/mile for coach miles driven. Minimum delivery fee is $75. End of Term Accounting: Members who have met their membership obligations have no financial obligations upon completion of their ownership term. They receive no cash back other than cash payment for miles that were not used during their term. Fuel: Members pay for all fuel including propane.
