• If anytime within 90 days of signing the Owner Agreements you don’t like the program or you are dissatisfied in any way, simply let us know and we will refund the amount you paid for your share minus the cost of the time you have used in the coach.

What costs will I incur if I cancel my ownership?

The policy is simple, you only pay for what you receive. If you cancel your ownership, you will receive 100% of the price your paid for you share minus the cost for the time used in the coach.

How do you calculate the cost for time used in the coach?

We base the coach use charge on the fair market rental rates offered by reputable rental companies that offer coaches similar to the ones offered in the CoachShare program.

Why do you deduct these costs when refunding my money?

We assess these fees as fair payment for the resources consumed and time used in the coach. Whether you were to rent an RV, buy your own, or purchase a fractional share through us, you are going to incur some cost to take a vacation and use a coach similar to the ones in the CoachShare program.

We offer this great money back guarantee so you can relax and try our program to know for sure that it meets your needs.  If not, you simply pay for the goods and services you use and we refund the balance of your purchase cost.

Do you refund the monthly operating fees I have paid?

Yes. We will refund 100% of the monthly operating fees paid.

* During the first 90 days, you have two option for towels and bed linens.

• Option 1: You can use CoachShare provided towels and bed linens until you have decided if you want to continue with the CoachShare program. This option is totally free of charge. Once you have decided that CoachShare is right for you, we will monogram your personal towels and bed linens at no additional charge and have them ready for all future trips.
• Option 2: You may have your towels and bed linens personally monogrammed before your first trip. However, if you decide not to stay as an owner with us and you opt for your money back, you will be charged a $500 fee for the monogrammed bed linens and towels. We will package these items and ship them to you.
