CoachShare puts the owner group together for each coach. Typically each coach has 10 owners. This may take several months to complete, however owners can start using their coach right away and do not have to wait for the coach to be sold out in order to travel.

To purchase a share, owners pay a one-time share price upfront. This purchases their share in their desired coach. There is a monthly operating fee that pays for operations of the coach including storage, insurance, maintenance, state registration fees, satellite TV and radio fees, 24/7 roadside assistance and more.
Recent improvements to the CoachShare program allow us to offer a greatly reduced initial share price – 40% less than before – and a lower monthly operating fee – 59% less – to all share owners. In return, there are now a few convenience fees that apply only to the trips you take in your coach, and some, only if applicable.
- Trip Fee – For interior/exterior cleaning, storage bay cleaning, laundry service, coach setup, check in/out service, carpet cleaning, consumables replenishment (holding tank additives, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, trash bags, coffee filters, paper towels, facial tissues, toilet tissue, etc.) and more.
- Mileage – Only pay for what you use. Each member receives a generous mileage allowance. If you don’t use it all, you receive a refund. If you need more, you simply pay for what you use. The cost per mile is the same whether you are receiving a refund or paying for additional miles. It couldn’t be more fair!
- Delivery/Pick-up – Life is hectic and sometimes a time saver like home delivery or pickup is just what you need. It is available from CoachShare at a nominal cost. Use it when you need, and don’t pay for it when you don’t. We can deliver and pick up your coach to your home, the airport, or other southern California location for a nominal fee. Or you can pick it up and return it yourself – for free!
- Monogrammed Linens & Towels – Your membership includes luxurious bed linens and towels monogrammed with our corporate logo. For owners desiring the utmost in luxury travel, we offer the option of purchasing personally monogrammed luxury bed linens and towels which CoachShare will store for your exclusive use.
Members schedule their vacation using a coach calendar that is available online 24/7. Simply email us your reservation request or call us to reserve your vacation time. Members may schedule usage by days rather than weeks. For example one trip could be 4 days and another could be 17 days. Executive Members may schedule up to 4 trips annually while Affiliate Members may schedule up to 2 trips annually.
Every owner receives 2 days of driver’s training in their coach before their first trip. Whether this is your first RV vacation or you have been traveling the open road for years, the CoachShare training session will help you become familiar with the intricacies of your new coach and will help keep you and your passengers safe on the road.
When you are ready to use your coach, simply check the 24/7 online reservation calendar or call CoachShare. We will book your vacation time and also arrange for the pick up or delivery of your coach.
When your get your coach, it will be cleaned inside and out, fueled up and ready to roll. Luxury bed linens will be on the bed, and towels will be hanging in the bathroom. Your coach is packed with everything you might need for your RV vacation from dishware, glassware, and countertop appliances, to outdoor furniture, a BBQ and paper towels; all you need to bring is your clothes.
When you are done with your trip, simply return the coach and we will take care of all the cleaning inside and out, the maintenance, repairs and then securely store it. No more wasting your precious time getting the RV ready before the trip and then cleaning and storing it after the trip.
Another benefit of the CoachShare program is that at the end of the 3 year ownership term, you just walk away from the coach. No need to worry about depreciation, trade-in, or resale hassles.
Under our original program, owners received a cash payment after the sale of their coach as the remaining equity was redistributed to the owners. Now, with the intial buy-in cost 40% less, you get that equity payout up front by never paying it in the first place.
