What happens if an owner has reserved the coach, but it's not available due to mechanical breakdown or damage?
The coaches are kept in top notch condition and mechanical failure or damage is rare, but always possible. The possibility is equally true for both private ownership and CoachShare fractional ownership. However, CoachShare maintains agreements with suppliers of coach maintenance services that provide rapid response to unexpected breakdowns. This assures our owners that their coach will be back on the road as quickly as possible. However, if an owner is denied use of scheduled time due to breakdown or collision, that owner is given priority in the scheduling system to re-schedule their timeslot. If need be, the length of the program will be extended to assure that all owners receive the time they reserved.
